How to Insert a Watermark in Microsoft Word (Or Remove One).
This comment was minimized by the moderator on the site. It was working for default watermarks but didn't work for a custom picture watermark. As soon as i select a custom picture, it would show up on all pages. Hi, If you want to insert a custom watermark in one page only, there is a workaround: 1 Create a new document, and insert your custom watermark in it.
When I added a custom watermark, it shows up in all the pages. All I had to do was go and delete the watermarks from previous page and next page from the page where i need the watermark on. Since current page is not linked with prev and next pages, the delete only deletes the watermark on ALL the previous pages and ALL the next linked pages thus keeping the watermark only on my current page.
This didn't work for me either, the custom watermark appeared on every page despite following the instructions for it to appear on only 1 page. Wesh Alain. FrenchFucker Wesh Alain. Hi - I have looked though other postings and have not found this specific case. Apologies if it's there. In section 1 I add the watermark, and all is fine, but no watermark appears on the section 2 pages.
I move the focus to section 2 and do the same action. Add watermark from the design view.
